Admission Policies

Please read the following admission policy before proceeding with your application.

General Admission Policy

The school shall only consider applicants who are willing to grow and practice the Christian Faith and morals explicated in the Student Handbook. Applicants must have a General Average of at least 80%, no grade below 85% in Science and Mathematics for SHS STEM applicants, no failing grades in any subject during the first three grading periods of the current school year, and a satisfactory deportment grade.

Prepare the following documents before visiting the Admissions Office.

Application Form

Submit the duly accomplished application form for your preferred grade level.

PSA Birth Certificate

Present the original and submit two (2) clear photocopies of your PSA Birth Certificate.

Baptismal Certificate

Present the original and submit one (1) photocopy of your Baptismal Certificate.

Report Card (SF 9)

Present the original and submit a Certified True Copy of your latest Report Card (SF 9).

Certificate of Good Moral Character

Grade 2–6 and High School applicants only.

Submit the original copy issued by your current school.

Recommendation Form

Grade 2–6 and High School applicants only.

Submit the completed recommendation form signed by your Class Adviser or Guidance Counselor in a sealed envelope.

For ESC Grantees only.

Submit the ESC Certificate issued by your previous school.

Onsite Admission Procedure

Follow these simple steps to complete your admission application.

Registrar's Office

  • Submit the accomplished application form.
  • Secure your examination permit.

Treasurer's Office

  • Pay the non-refundable application and testing fee.

Guidance Center

  • Take the entrance examination on the scheduled date.
  • Parents and applicants will be interviewed after passing the examination.
  • Admission results will be released after the interview.

Treasurer's Office

  • Pay the ₱3,000 reservation fee. This amount will be deducted from your tuition upon enrollment.
  • Present the admission letter to the cashier.
05

Registrar's Office

  • Submit the admission letter and reservation receipt.
  • Accomplish the registration form and secure your permit to enroll.
