ADMISSION POLICIES

The school shall only consider an applicant who is a baptized practicing Catholic, must have a General Average of at least 80%, no grade below 85% in Science and Math for SHS STEM applicants, no failing grades in other subjects during the 1st, 2nd or 3rd quarters of the current school year, and has satisfactory deportment grade.

 

 

KINDERGARTEN: (Age: 5 years old by June)
  • At least one year of  Nursery School
  • Can write name, can count up to 100, can  recognize/identify different colors and shapes
  • Can read the letters of the Alphabet
GRADE 1: (Age: 6 years old by June)

DEVELOPMENTAL COMPETENCIES (TASKS) OF THE APPLICANT
The child is expected to have learned already the following self-help skills:

  • Self-feeding (can eat/drink alone)
  • Self-dressing (can dress himself – fix his buttons, etc. without much help)
  • Control of elimination (toilet habit)
  • Development of motor skills (can explore and do things on his own)
  • Can answer simple questions with adequate vocabulary to communicate his thoughts and feelings
  • Can read and write simple sentences

With these basic competencies (developmental tasks), the child is ready to learn new things developing greater self-identity and forming social relationship.

DOCUMENTS/PHOTO

KINDERGARTEN, ELEMENTARY, JR. and SR. HIGH SCHOOL:

  • Original and two (2) clear photocopies of Birth Certificate (NSO/PSA COPY)
  • Original and one photocopy of Baptismal Certificate
  • Two (2) recent 1 x 1 ID photos (photo cut outs are not accepted)
  • Report Card (original and certified true copy) from the school where the student is presently enrolled.
  • Certificate of Good Moral Character - for grades two to six and high school applicants only
  • Recommendation from the Class Adviser or Guidance Counselor - for high school applicants only (Download Recommendation Form)
  • ESC Certificate - for Gr 8-11 ESC Grantee applicants only
GRADE SIX AND GRADE 10:
  • Only those with high scholastic standing and/or satisfactory rating and with valid reason for transfer may apply.

STEP 1. REGISTRAR'S OFFICE
  • Fill in the application form and attach 1X1 ID picture.
  • Present original copy of report card and submit the certified true copy.
  • Secure examination permit/schedule.

 

STEP 2. TREASURER'S OFFICE
  • Pay the non-refundable application and testing fee.

 

STEP 3. GUIDANCE CENTER (WELLNESS CENTER)
  • Take the entrance examination on scheduled date.
  • Parents and child interview will be scheduled if the applicant passes the entrance exam.
  • Submit the following requirements for interview:
    1. NSO/PSA Birth Certificate (Bring the original and submit the photocopy)
    2. Baptismal Certificate (Bring the original and submit the photocopy)
    3. Good Moral Certificate (for gr. 2-6 and high school applicants only)
    4. Recommendation Form (for high school applicants only)
  • Results will be given after the interview.

 

STEP 4. TREASURER'S OFFICE

Applicants who passed the entrance exam and interview are required to pay a reservation fee of P3,000.00, which will be deducted from the tuition fee at enrollment time. However, this will be forfeited if application is voluntarily withdrawn. Present the result/reservation form to the cashier upon payment.

 

STEP 5. REGISTRAR'S OFFICE

Submit the following to secure registration form and permit to enrol

  1. Admission letter and reservation receipt
  2. NSO/PSA Birth Certificate (Bring the original and submit the photocopy)
  3. 1 pc. recent 1X1 ID picture
  4. ESC Certificate (for Gr. 8-11 ESC grantee only)

 

 

STEP 1

A. Registration (REGISTRAR’S OFFICE)

Present the following upon registration:

New Student

  • Permit to Enrol
  • Reservation Receipt
  • Report Card w/ Learner Reference Number (LRN) Original Copy, signed by the Principal
  • ESC Program Transfer-Out Certificate (GR.8-11 ESC GRANTEE ONLY)
  • SHS-VP QVA Certificate (Gr. 11 ONLY)

Old Student

  • Permit to Enrol
  • Reservation Receipt
  • Report Card (for those who have not yet submitted)

 

B. Payment of PTA Fee

 

STEP 2

Proceed to the TREASURER’S OFFICE for your payment and issuance of ADMISSION CARD.


NOTE : All pupils must bring their ADMISSION CARD on the first day of classes.
